• Experience as a PMO Specialist on medium to large scale projects, hubs or programmes for more than 4 years,
• Deep understanding of financial processes and experiencing in cost estimations, accruals creation and invoice handling,
• PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification,
• Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies,
• Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM tools.

,[Driving demands in the SA based on inputs provided in the RRP streams,, Represent SA in the SteerCO meeting for the RRP streams (e.g. BCCM, Infosec etc.),, Work with SD Tech Leads to enable the requirement gathering from the central program,, Work with SD Tech Leads on the estimation of the efforts needed,, Prepare and own the overview of the financials related to RRPs that are coming towards the SA., Work with finance (Actuals, Forecast, Accruals, Invoice Tracking),, Delivery Management (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries, Portfolio Health),, Creating reports and KPIs (Financial Reports, Progress Reports, Team Reports, KPIs Reporting),, Dependency Management (Dependency Map and Follow-up),, Resources Management (Demand & Supply Map, On/Off-boarding, Time Reporting),, Risk Management.] Requirements: PMI, Project Management certification, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira Tools: Jira, Agile, Scrum.
