We are looking for a Senior PM with very good soft skills as the main effort is on change management, communication, onboarding of new PMs, liaising with business users, etc. to work 50% on-site in Paris and 50% Remote with the European Banking Authority (EBA).

Responsibility:
-Increase the maturity in project management within the Unit

-Increase project productivity

-Improve communication and stakeholder engagement

-Increase efficiency, planning, monitoring and control of project work

-Maximise the investments value by better visibility of project needs, benefits, impact, synergies, costs, and risks by the Senior Management.

-Support on tailoring the methodology to procedures and standards

-Create necessary documentation and templates

-Organise training, communication and change management activities

-Create a project repository and consolidate information from IT projects

-Manage PM² Roll- out project based on the EC (European Commission) PM² – Agile project management framework.
Requirements
Must have:
-Certified in EC PM² Methodology.

-Certified in PM² Agile.

-Demonstrate experience in setting up and running a PMO Office from Scratch ideally in an EU (European Union) organization.

-Deep knowledge of project management standards, principles, and quality management.

-Experience on M365 tools and SharePoint online.

-Experience in project management tools.

-Robust coaching, communication, and facilitation skills.

-English level C1+.

-EU National.
