Then we hope you are our new Senior Supply Chain Analyst colleague to join our Supply Chain Management Department!

Your New Role

As a CDMO we do not have our own labelled products, our capacity needs be filled with customer’s products. With all the new capacity coming online the coming years, scenario planning is a big part of the job. Understanding how we utilize the capacity the best way while understanding which programs has the highest likelihood of coming in. This also include assessing potential pipelines with long-term capacity including recommendations for potential further expansions.

Your primary tasks

  • Responsible for the short- and long-term capacity planning for large-scale Drug Substance production. This include the current facility in Hillerod, which we are currently expanding as well as the US facility we are currently building in Holly Springs, NC
  • Facilitate the sales & operational planning, balancing customer’s demands, and our capacity in dialogue with our customers and internal stakeholders
  • On-boarding of new capacity coming online from 2024

Your Talent

  • +5 years of proven experience working with supply chain, applicants with experience within strategic planning/capacity planning will be preferred
  • High level of customer focus as well as high level of analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar

You will be anchored in our Strategic Planning & Analytics Team with 4 amazing team players, 3 within Strategic Planning and 1 within Trade Compliance & Global Logistics. We are a small team but have a lot of fun and we play to win.
