Our ideal candidate has a successful track record at SaaS B2B technology companies. You should also have experience positioning a company as a thought leader in their space. You’ll receive high-level objectives from the leadership team and must figure out with your team how to accomplish those objectives using knowledge, data and experience.You won’t find HR at Mews; we believe our people are much more than human resources. Mewsers are people and People Team’s vision is to nurture a culture where we unlock the potential of them and where every Mewser can make an impact.This is a fixed term maternity cover contract and will last for 6 monthsRESPONSIBILITIES

• Employee Relations Management. Be an expert in industry best practices around functional areas of new trends and opportunities to constantly raise the bar on people deliverables
• Employee Lifecycle Management. Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity.
• Learning & Development: Work closely with the L&D Manager, support the design and delivery of appropriate training and development programs.
• Management & People Data Analysis. Demonstrate very strong analytical capabilities and influence business leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention and the employee experience.
• People Team Programs Design & Execution. Develop and own the delivery of the strategic people related plans for each Mews business leader, ensuring consistency with the People Team key objectives and goals & enforce consistency with our policies & procedures.
• Champion collaborative cross functional relationships Ensure alignment of People related programs by partnering with fellow Mewsers (peers and colleagues).

REQUIRED SKILLSExperience leading and working on complex cross-functional projects with multiple partners, including experience working internationally * Deep understanding of Spanish employment lawExperience of operating as a strategic HR Business Partner with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a high volume, fast-paced, hands-on environment * A track record of enabling and support senior stakeholders in a fast paced, Technology business (ideally with Customer Success or Sales functions)Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.Coaching and mentoring experience at all levels of an organization.The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.You will have high energy and flexibility, fantastic communication skills, huge amounts of drive and not be afraid to “roll up your sleeves” when needed.Knowledge of International labor legislation (EU legislation preferred) and practical application of International labour law practices (UK Labour Law preferred).Fluent English & Spanish
