This role demands a strong sales representative with exceptional leadership skills, capable of independently managing projects while fostering team success. The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a sales team, setting clear goals and strategies to achieve targets. Provide guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
  • Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify and pursue new Enterprise business leads for EV charging infrastructure installations. Engage decision-makers through email, phone calls, and virtual or in-person meetings to foster strong business relationships.
  • Prospect Qualification: Conduct thorough research and analysis to qualify prospects. Develop tailored proposals that align with customer needs and location criteria, ensuring optimal solutions.
  • Presentation and Documentation: Prepare compelling presentation materials and supporting documentation to effectively showcase Powerdot’s offerings to potential partners.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with prospective clients, coordinating with the legal team to ensure compliance and successful contract closure.
  • Strategy Development: Define and implement innovative strategies to accelerate both online and offline business development initiatives.
  • Networking and Engagement: Actively seek and participate in industry networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach and influence.

The Candidate we are looking for:

  • 6 to 10 years experience in sales and business development, preferably within B2B or within the EV charging infrastructure or Real Estate industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative business development strategies.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in preparing professional presentation materials and documentation.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to qualify and understand prospects’ needs.
  • Ability to travel as needed for in-person meetings and networking events.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Academic background in Business or Engineering preferred.
