Job DescriptionUnleash Collaboration: Drive Our LEGO® Agency (OLA) action plan for seamless internal and external creative synergy with expert partner governance!Core ResponsibilitiesThe Partner Management team orchestrates collaboration between our internal teams and top-tier creative agencies, ensuring fruitful partnerships aligned with our brand’s values and strategic goals. They drive innovation, maintain brand consistency, and deliver exceptional creative content globally.

  • Lead the pivotal initiative to create and maintain a roster of External Creative Agencies.
  • Establish effective working processes with external agencies to enhance our internal teams and handle tasks from strategy to playbook and toolbox delivery.
  • Accountable for the onboarding process for new creative agencies and the driver to create solutions for any disputes on the creative service agreements that need business decision.
  • Collaborate closely with the resource management team to apply our Creative Agency Roster as a key strategic tool in our resource process.
  • Lead the dialogue on agency ranking and categorization with key OLA collaborators.
  • Conduct regular business review meetings (BRMs) with selected strategic partners to ensure alignment, progress towards The LEGO Group strategy, and guard our Partner Promise.

The focus will be on identifying core opportunities to unlock value and continuously enhancing the user journey to meet our and our users’ ambitions.Do you have what it takes?To excel in this role, you’ll need strategic vision, creative insight, and strong relationship management skills. While a relevant degree is helpful, your proven track record in partnership management, contract negotiation, and driving collaborative projects with creative agencies is crucial.

  • Proven experience in partnership management or agency collaboration.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in contract management and understanding of legal frameworks in creative services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for partner engagements and business meetings (limited)
  • Skilled in resolving conflicts and managing business-critical situations efficiently
