How you’ll help us.Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, as part of the role, you’ll:

• Proactively identify problem areas and innovations to improve operational efficiency by analysing processes.
• Work in coordination with the Specialist teams to support needed areas.
• Review with the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) and the Global Tech Lead (GTL) from the technical team.
• Track and monitor continuous integration (CI) initiatives with the status, priorities, and continuous improvement budget impact, ensuring operations have a fair share of the budget.
• Discuss solution directions with technical teams and sign off on the preferred agreed solution.
• Take ownership of testing any new functionalities and ensure that they fit into collected requirements.
• Document the new functionality and support the Key Users in the end-user training.

More about you.

• 5-6 years of industry experience.

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with LEAN methodology approach is advantageous.
• Qualification or equivalent experience in IT, operations or business.
• Fluent in English, another language is a plus.
