Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join our team based in Copenhagen. You thrive under pressure and you don’t mind getting stuck in to lend a helping hand.Primary Responsibilities:Working at the office front desk and being responsible for managing the daily reception dutiesLead onsite workplace operationsProvide exemplary customer service to employeesManage the ticketing system & office help centre, providing a high level of customer satisfactionManagement of vendor supply chain for services such as cleaning, security, maintenance, pest control, waste managementPartnering in the procurement process through meetings and ongoing communicationResponsibility for managing the workplace operational budget for your officeImplementing a system of regular walk-throughs and audits of office incl. Workplace audit, Health & Safety auditPartnering with internal teams & external vendors to deliver all in-office events for employees incl. Wellness eventsLeading team related communications within the officeRecord all office-related expensesOverseeing all planned and reactive maintenance e.g. HVAC, security systems, lighting, emergency lighting, life safety systems etc.Lead food and beverage programMaintain up to date office seating plansPartnering with global managers whose programs require local support for effective implementationHelp create & follow team policies and proceduresRequirements:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced Workplace/facilities role in a tech environmentKnowledge base of HVAC systems essentialAbility to consistently deliver a high level of customer serviceStrong communication skills across employees at all levels within the organizationDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision but know when to escalate and collaborateA sense of humour and ability to strike up a conversation with anyoneProblem-solving skillsPositive attitude; grace under pressureAccurate, organized record-keepingPunctual and accountableFluent English (C1 or C2) and DanishNice to have:Experience with office projectsExperience with working with remote manager & team matesExperience of leading a vendors relationshipExperience with office build-out projectsExperience with office management software toolsExperience with global security systems, such as Brivo, S2, Lenel, Software House, etc.Zendesk software was built to bring a sense of calm to the chaotic world of customer service.
