A changing market requires change in the business processes and change at a technological level. For this reason, your role will be twofold:

• You analyse and (over time) understand the flow that a sale goes through. With this information you try to find potential improvements in this process and talk with coworkers about how they (or the customer) could benefit from these.
• We have started the shift to newer technologies, and we need your help with this. You are encouraged to research, propose and apply ideas in collaboration with other team members.

This happens while still supporting and maintaining the existing tools (WCF, ASP.NET, WinForms).Responsibilities

• be part of a Scrum team that focuses on improving and extending current inhouse tools

• participate in the analysis of user needs and evaluate the technical feasibility
• develop, test and improve applications in compliance with functional and technical designs
• document your work in a structured and transparent way
• review the code of your team members through pull requests. Be alert for code quality and performance.

Requirements

• knowledge of C#, git, SQL, web API, unit testing
• nice to have: experience with Blazor (a big plus!), Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure PaaS services
• the desire to learn, propose and apply new technologies
• take initiative
• dare to challenge others and be challenged
• a pragmatic thinker oriented towards finding solutions
• a quality driven, result oriented team player
• oral communication skills in English + one of the following languages: Dutch, French
