Apply today!The PositionAs the person responsible for our Syncade MES system, you will be tasked with maintaining and optimizing our MES and database systems while ensuring stability. Your role will also involve providing support to our production team for system-related queries, implementing code changes, conducting required tests, and producing qualification documentation. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from across production to build valuable experience in an ambitious setup where innovative ideas translate to tangible improvements for individuals’ lives.You will apply your skills in systematic problem-solving, providing support for the production lines, identifying root causes, and initiating corrective and preventive measures swiftly during process variations. Given our 24/7 production schedule, your experience may be needed around the clock. Once acclimated with our setup, you will be part of the on-call duty rotation. Additionally, you will handle maintenance tasks, further familiarizing yourself with the complexities of automated manufacturing and contributing to the continual upkeep of a stable production environment. Handling stakeholder requests and acquiring a comprehensive understanding of our setup will enable you to navigate the interconnectedness of systems, processes, and equipment.QualificationsWe are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Academic background in Engineering or IT development.
- Experience with MES systems like Syncade.
- Technical curiosity, and proficiency with SQL databases and Microsoft standard components are essential.
- Regardless of your background, a strong desire to achieve process knowledge, provide optimal solutions, and ensure meticulous documentation according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) rules is crucial.
- Experience with LEAN tools in a GMP environment will be advantageous, facilitating a smoother learning curve.

The IT and Automation team, consisting of 17 highly skilled and committed colleagues, maintains the automation systems anchored around Syncade and DeltaV. Our processes are highly regulated, and any quality deviation must be identified to mitigate potential impact on our product.
