NonStop Pharma, for an important client, is looking for a Senior Medical Manager in Oncology!

Our client is a prestigious multinational company with over 14,000 employees worldwide, specialising in various therapeutic areas. Dedicated to continuous innovation, the company develops cutting-edge medical solutions to meet patients needs, improving quality of life globally.

With your work, you will play an important role within their Lead TA Oncology team, and you will be responsible for implementing the Core Medical Plan within the designated therapeutic area at the affiliate level.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic medical and scientific expertise to support all affiliate Medical Affairs deliverable and cross-functional activities.
* Demonstrate leadership by fostering and maintaining integrated partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all MA affiliate activities address local needs and enhance the medical and scientific understanding of products throughout their life cycle.
* Engage with external stakeholders to advance the scientific understanding of compounds in development, the safe and effective use of our products, and the diseases they treat.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including brand teams across the affiliate, to achieve business objectives.
* Ensure that all MA activities deliver value, are based on scientific validity and clinical relevance, and are completed on time and within budget.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

* Extensive experience in Medical Affairs roles.
* Strong understanding of industry laws and regulations.
* Proven track record in managing complex projects and operating independently.
* Proactive in strategic collaboration with various internal functions, such as Commercial, Market Access, and more.

Required Qualifications:

* Degree in medicine;
* Extensive experience in the Oncology Therapeutic Area;
* Proficiency in both English and French.
