About the role:

As part of our Europe, Middle East and Africa team, we are recruiting a Senior Marketing Manager Cluster MDS for the Benelux, France, and MENAT regions. You will lead a cluster team consisting of cluster product managers, digital marketing specialists, and product life cycle management specialists, driving robust and practical marketing strategies and 1-3 year marketing plans aimed at accelerating growth and improving profit. You will be accountable for achieving key marketing goals at both the Cluster and country levels.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Provide leadership on all marketing-related aspects for the Cluster, ensuring strong and effective operational links with Country Business Leaders, regional, and local marketing teams. Drive strategic focus and solutions definition for the cluster and the entire medication delivery solutions portfolio, aligning with regional and global strategies.

  • Market Knowledge & Development: Develop deep market knowledge within the Cluster, driving market development in prioritized markets according to the market development roadmap. Engage with relevant functions to implement market plans (e.g., public policy, medical affairs, market access).

  • Program & Priority Management: Identify comprehensive programs for solution adoption and value selling. Set cluster priorities and program investments. Own MDS omnichannel development and deployment in the cluster.

  • Performance Management: Handle overall marketing performance and efficiency. Drive value capture models for solutions. Engage proactively with relevant BDX initiatives. Lead business performance and supervise achievement.

  • Team Development & Collaboration: Cultivate team unity and motivation. Mentor team members in marketing skills, supervise performance and career development, lead team hiring, and promote collaboration with the broader business development organization.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Post-graduate Marketing qualification

  • Confirmed experience in the medical devices/life sciences industry, with at least 5 -7 years in product and/or marketing management.

  • Strong technical marketing expertise.

  • Shown team leadership skills, including working within a complex matrix organization.

  • Demonstrate the ability to excel in strategy, communicate exceptionally well, encourage collaboration, take initiative and ownership, prioritize optimally, and influence relationships.

  • Experience of working in a large matrix organization

  • Strong strategic agility

  • Must be a skilled communicator with presentation skills

  • Growth mindset, goal-focused and accountable

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, French is a plus

  • Willingness to commit to 30-40% travel.
