To learn more, visit .What does a Senior Marketing Manager Fluids and Medical do?The Senior Manager for Fluids and Medical defines and implements a strategic plan to grow short and long-term SEE market share in the Fluids & Medical area with specific initiatives and a customer-centric approach. Reporting to the Executive Director Strategic Marketing, the candidate will identify customers’ pain points in the value chain to win end-user preference, gives inputs and strategic recommendations to deploy packaging solutions in the Fluids and Medical film business leveraging on current and future SEE portfolio.Why should you apply?You will develop and implement EMEA Food business strategy in Fluids & Medical by:
– Researching and assessing the market, identifying opportunities through industry trends, technology development, VOC engagements, competitive landscape, and sustainability & regulatory dynamics.
– Ensuring to have the right solutions in the portfolio roadmap to match and anticipate customer needsYou will lead marketing activities in Fluids & Medical packaging space by:
– Developing concrete business cases to build compelling customer value propositions, and by supporting a product portfolio strategy in terms of pricing, positioning, services, and channels.
– Collaborating closely with EMEA regional portfolio, sales and marcom teams to drive the commercialization tactics and growth for existing and new products.
– Engaging with the industry and our customers, provide in-depth Foodservice marketing expertise to create the right capabilities and connect with the right partners.You will drive regional marketing engagement in the Fluids & Medical space by:
– Co-operating with marketing enablement manager, sales operations and content teams to develop and roll-out campaign sales tools, landing pages, presentations, and brochures to promote SEE presence in Fluids & Medical business
– Act as the knowledge center and a pioneer of the business segments. Qualify and prioritize leads and drive the follow-up process between Marketing Team, Sales and MarCom
– Develop and maximize strategic partnership relationships with our existing and new partners for common growth.
