The Opportunity
Account Based Marketing (also known as ABM) focuses on profile raising and positioning that is based on insight of a specific client organisations that has been identified as a priority.
The Senior Account Based Marketing Coordinator will design and deliver ABM plans to support strategic Arup clients that have been prioritised by UK, India, Middle East and Africa (UKIMEA) region. The marketing plans will focus on delivering 1:1 and 1:Few marketing campaigns to help improve our relationship with key stakeholders (e.g. the decision makers and influencers) within a client organisation, measuring success through growth in either revenue, relationship or reputation.
The position will take proactive responsibility for internally bridging the gap between work winning and marketing and will therefore involve educating the client relationship team and wider business of the value to be gained through this marketing approach, and how it can support building strong relationships with the client at all levels.
Some of the responsibilities of this role will include being a proactive and engaged member of several client relationship teams. Collaborating closely with client relationships team members to really understand the client’s drivers and Arup ambition, to then plan and deliver marketing activity that deepens our relationships.
Undertaking research and developing deep insight about the client organisation. Analysing the research to help inform the development of the client and ABM plan. Keeping up to date with external updates related to the client and relevant market. Ensure client insight remains at the heart of activity.

- Have experience in marketing research and analysis
- Knowledge and experience of account-based marketing (desirable)
- Confidence in designing and delivering marketing strategies and campaigns
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple ongoing activities
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
