Excellent opportunity for a Senior Market Risk Business Analyst, who will act as the SME for Risk, to join team of developers building an inhouse Financial Markets system. The role is suited to someone that has worked with Market Risk Measures and Reporting, VaR / ES, ideally with regulatory experience in FRTB or COREP, however that part is not necessarily essential but would be extremely useful.The position will be working end to end, looking at impact analysis and being the person that can explain what is required to the IT teams for delivery. You will get involved in the process and solution design, building an open and collaborative idea sharing environment.Strong stakeholder management and the ability to present and communicate with Trading, Sales, IT, Risk and Operations.Requirements:

• Around 7+ years of experience within Traded Market Risk
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present comfortably and sell ideas
• Strong experience in change management, ideally within Agile / Scrum environment
• Proactive and bringing fresh ideas to a multicultural and international environment
