Job Spec:The Company:Do you have data analysis experience within a market research setting , this is an essential requirement for the role and are you seeking a new role in a dynamic market research company focusing on pharmaceutical research? Hasson Associates is helping a market research company find a full-time Senior Data Analyst, and the role comes with a salary from £30k up to £50k depending on experience and skill set.The Opportunity:We are looking for someone to join our advanced analytics team responsible for scripting online surveys, data processing, creating data tables in SPSS, statistical analysis of all quant projects including segmentations and conjoint and creating excel based simulators / dashboards.As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work as part of a team to deliver quantitative analysis on primary ad hoc market research projects. You will deliver multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to achieve deadlines.About you:To apply, you will need good basic statistical knowledge and analytical skills. You will also require the following:

• Good logical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously
• Data analysis experience in a MR setting
• Analysis of segmentation and/or conjoint methodologies
• Willingness to learn new methodologies and techniques
• Strong skill-set in statistics
• Comfortable using Excel, and experience using SPSS or other statistical software to manipulate and analyse large data sets.

Salary & Benefits:In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of £30,000 up to £50,000 depending on experience and skill-setThere is flexibility around where you are located, the office is in Manchester and if you live close to Manchester, it is one day in the office per month and if not located locally there is flexibility throughout the year in terms of coming to the office.
