As the new Senior Manager for Warehouse and Intralogistics, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing our warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving a culture of continuous improvement in a large scale CAPEX project.
In this position, you will:
- Collaborate with FP (Finished Products) Expansions program and FFEx project management to develop and drive the scope of the Warehouse and Intra-logistics facility.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, including work package owners, operators, technicians, and professionals, towards operational excellence.
- Drive project management and execution, ensuring clear goals, effective project planning, and stringent monitoring of quality, schedule, and budget.
- Lead and promote LEAN® practices, change management, and a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards, and readiness for audits and inspections.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- An academic degree in supply chain, business, procurement, engineering or other relevant area.
- A background in warehouse and intra-logistics management, with strong experience in project management and project execution.
- Experience in installing intralogistics equipment and the ability to build a warehouse in the project execution phase.
- Strong communication and leadership skills in a large organization with the ability to build and lead a team towards operational excellence and motivating a team in time of change.
- Familiarity with LEAN® practices, change management, and quality and compliance standards.
- Experience with warehouse management system and knowledge of industry best practices in logistics and warehouse operations.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions, a newly established and growing area within Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT). Our team is responsible for designing, planning, and building major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk. We are dedicated to serving the needs of millions of patients by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. With a global approach, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
