If so, you could be perfect as our new Senior Manager, Transition & Transformation Programme Lead, specific to contact centre deployment . You’ll spend 3 days a week collaborating and connecting at your contractual location, while enjoying the freedom to work from anywhere for 2 days each week.

In this role, you will have full accountability for the design and delivery of contact centre solutions, supporting contract revenues from multi-national and acquisition customers, with contracts worth over £50M each. You will oversee global transformation programs, managing multi-disciplined teams to meet milestones, SLAs, and budgets.
You’ll have the following responsibilities

Lead and motivate a global team of up to 50 highly skilled Technical & Service Designers and P&PM colleagues.

Model BT values and ensure strong team performance to consistently meet project milestones and KPIs.

Manage resources effectively to transition customers to BT solutions, meeting or exceeding contract requirements for revenue growth.

Mitigate early pain points and risks using adaptable project management methods.

Deliver projects within financial targets and contracted service levels, enhancing customer satisfaction.

Act as the single point of contact for delivery, providing change governance and assurance, and managing third-party suppliers.
