Your missions will be as follows:

  • Fundraising: Participation in equity fundraising processes (sourcing, data room, equity story) / Management of public financing (identification, preparation of applications, supervision of project management, and reporting for funded projects)
  • Strategy and Innovation: Support to strategic planning / Coordination of the company’s intellectual property strategy / Supervision of technological and market foresight / Coordination of expert consultants to work on strategic roadmaps (regulatory, market access, go-to-market, etc.) / Implementation and execution of strategic projects for the company
  • Strategic and Operational Marketing: Design and supervision of market research / Supervision of competitive intelligence / Community management / Management of corporate communications
  • Upstream Marketing and Medico-Marketing: KOL management / Management of academic partnerships / Supervision of product specification definition / Supervision of voice of customer / Supervision of product documentation development
  • Scientific Affairs: Representation of the company at international scientific conferences in Europe and the USA / Writing or supervision of the writing of scientific and medical publications / Management of internal knowledge sharing
  • Team Management: Management of a team of 2 contributing to your missions

QualificationsAfter graduating from a tier-one engineering school (e.g. Polytechnique, Mines, Imperial, EPFL, etc), you have gained more than 5 years of experience in strategy, upstream marketing (in medtech or diagnostics), business development and/or investment.PhD in biomedical engineering or a related discipline, working experience in clinical research, strategy consulting or venture capital, are pluses.You have excellent analytical skills, leadership qualities and strong organizational skills.Detail-oriented, you are fluent in French and English (German is a plus) and have excellent written, face-to-face and public communication skills. You enjoy management and are flexible, committed and a team player.Recruitment Process * Prequalification (on Teams)
