You are based ideally in the Netherlands and will lead a high-performing sales team, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to Freshworks’ business growth. Ideally, you have a proven track record in selling enterprise SaaS solutions, specifically in the areas of ITSM and CX, combined with a can-do, resilient attitude and strong leadership skills.You will report to the EU General Manager, being the face of Freshworks in the regionDevelop and formulate a compelling annual plan, enabling a culture of execution to drive new customer acquisition, expanding existing ones and ensuring high retention rates on existing accountsBuild and manage a high-performing sales team, being responsible for performance managementManage four Senior Growth and Expansion team members to date, also participating and driving client and prospect meetingsOngoing mentoring and development of the sales team, including recruiting, hiring and training new reps on the sales processCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success and HR, to align sales efforts with company goalsDrive and close both strategic/complex deals as well as regular run rate deals

Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast meetings, business reviews, monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of resultsMonitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancementsForecast sales projections, track performance against targets, and provide regular reporting to senior managementAct as a role model for the embodiment of the Freshworks CHAT culture and valuesAct as an external spokesperson and evangelize Freshworks’ vision, values and brand across the board in the Benelux markets, through public events, interviews and published contentQualifications3-5+ years of experience in a managerial role.10+ years of software sales experience.Strong background in selling SaaS solutions.Strong experience in working with Midmarket and Enterprise CustomersExcellent knowledge of the Benelux market and demonstrated success in driving sales growth in the regionExceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire, empower and motivate a sales team, being resilient in moments of change and ambiguityStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving organizationFluency in both English and Dutch.A strong network of executives within the customer/prospect base.Additional InformationThese are some benefits you can expect from us in return
