Your Career

The Professional Services Senior Manager (Project/Program Management) will lead a team of Program Managers, Project Managers and Coordinators, including handling all deployment resources and ensuring that all deliverables are met and delivered on-time and under budget. This person will drive customer deployment projects including program, process initiatives, as well as partner with IT on systems and infrastructure processes. You will have direct responsibility on portfolio delivery efficiency, revenue targets and customer satisfaction.

Your Impact

  • Team management of 20+ direct reports spread across EMEA inc. line/people managers

  • Part of the regional leadership team and responsible for the theater’s portfolio of projects

  • Resourcing forecasting and Onboarding activities to meet demands

  • Project assignment and quality control

  • First-line support and escalation management for PS projects

  • Help with the team goals, for example actively working to reduce the backlog, increase CSAT responses and overall quality, Revenue recognition and forecasting

  • Determine project partners and team structure/organization partners will include technical and business resources

  • In conjunction with project partners, help ensure the definition of project scope, requirements, and deliverables

  • Work with internal stakeholders like Sales, Customer Success and Support teams to ensure a successful outcome on projects

  • Ensure quality control on the right usage of project management tool

  • Performance evaluation and continuous growth of your team members

  • Staffing, coaching and upskilling your direct reports according to their career plans and ambitions

  • Drive high billable utilization of the team and having full control of the productivity of team members

  • Championing Business Like Disciplined Execution in every day project management activities

Your Experience

  • BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience or equivalent military experience

  • Masters in management discipline is a plus

  • Related work experience leading a high performing team delivering complex projects and programs desired

  • Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization

  • Strong proficiency with project management software, such as Clarizen, Asana, Confluence, or JIRA

  • Good presentation skills including written, oral, presentation

  • Good organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization

  • Strong interpersonal skills including appreciation and the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments

  • Flexible to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines – able to promptly and expertly react to project adjustments and alterations

  • Experience managing large scale (Global) deployments with multiple projects, teams and resources

  • Project Management Institute PMP(r) certification or equivalent a plus

  • Experience with Google’s G Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides) is a plus
