Senior Manager, Product Stewardship – Passionate People

In this role, you’ll lead efforts to ensure regulatory compliance and product stewardship for a vast portfolio of products, supporting the business through effective stakeholder engagement and mentorship. You’ll also play a crucial part in shaping and expanding the regulatory team, directly influencing the company’s direction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical oversight and support for major filings, including REACH registrations.
* Lead and grow the product stewardship teams across multiple regions.
* Develop and maintain training programs on corporate standards for regulatory compliance.
* Interpret and apply local, regional, and global regulatory intelligence to ensure compliance.
* Support strategic projects and deliver regulatory guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
* Engage proactively with internal teams, including R&D, to develop innovative solutions for hazard reduction.
* Oversee the development and implementation of chemical compliance programs and policies.
* Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Law, or related disciplines.
* At least 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, or chemical compliance.
* Strong knowledge of global chemical regulations such as REACH, TSCA, and familiarity with biocide laws and microplastics.
* Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and managing diverse, multi-regional teams.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and build relationships across the organization.
* Project management expertise and the ability to prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
