You’ll also play a crucial part in shaping and expanding the regulatory team, directly influencing the company’s direction and success.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical oversight and support for major filings, including REACH registrations.
• Lead and grow the product stewardship teams across multiple regions.
• Develop and maintain training programs on corporate standards for regulatory compliance.
• Interpret and apply local, regional, and global regulatory intelligence to ensure compliance.
• Support strategic projects and deliver regulatory guidance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Engage proactively with internal teams, including R&D, to develop innovative solutions for hazard reduction.
• Oversee the development and implementation of chemical compliance programs and policies.
• Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Law, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, or chemical compliance.
• Strong knowledge of global chemical regulations such as REACH, TSCA, and familiarity with biocide laws and microplastics.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and managing diverse, multi-regional teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and build relationships across the organization.
• Project management expertise and the ability to prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
