This position is based at our Headquarters in Bagsværd, Denmark.
The position
The Senior Manager is empowered to develop and implement a P&O Process landscape aligned with business needs. This role involves close coordination with department heads, senior management, and external partners to integrate HR processes effectively with organizational goals.
Additionally, the Senior Manager represents the HR department in cross-functional meetings and external forums, advocating for HR initiatives. Operating with a high degree of independence, the Senior Manager makes critical decisions regarding HR process improvements and policy implementations, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy.
Some of your responsibilities will be to:
-Lead a dynamic team of 10 talented professionals, guiding and empowering them to achieve the strategic objectives.
-Develop and implement Process Management in P&O by aligning with business objectives, collaborating with senior leadership, and adjusting the setup to meet evolving business needs.
-Oversee and drive P&O process excellence through analysing HR processes, implementing best practices, and ensuring continuous improvement.
-Manage the P&O Process Excellence department, fostering a respectful work environment, developing talents, and driving a performance culture.
-Lead HR projects and initiatives, managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and tracking project progress for effective reporting.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 8-10 years of experience with process management and process optimisation.
-Minimum 5 years of human resource management experience. Experience working in a global organization will be a plus.
-Proven leadership experience in managing HR teams and/or projects.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
As a person, you are adept at strategic thinking, demonstrating leadership, effective communication, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in process management. Your ability to navigate conflict, manage change, uphold compliance and ethics, excel in talent management, and embrace cultural competence is crucial for success in this role.
About the Department
You will be part of the P&O Digital Development and Analytics, working closely with key internal stakeholders such as Process Owner Delegates and various leadership teams including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, GPOS, TLDI, and DD&A. Our department is dedicated to driving HR process excellence and ensuring that our HR initiatives are effectively integrated and aligned with organisational goals.
