Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Manager to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Your role in our teamWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager of Multi Domain Systems E2E Air & Land with strong leadership skills to lead our Systems engineering team within Airborne and Land based defense systems. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of development and project execution. Your ability to motivate teams and having a business mindset to create the right balance between cost, quality, and timeline, will be critical in driving a successful end-to-end department.You will head the technical team – Multi Domain Systems E2E Air & Land – that consists of 10 dedicated colleagues. The team members are all Lead Systems Engineers who is holding the highest technical mandate on our development projects, during the full development phase.How you will make a meaningful contributionYour key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage a team of approx. 10 Lead Systems Engineers at Specialist/ Senior Specialist level, providing direction, support, and mentorship throughout all stages of product development
• Securing the right competencies to support our business and future needs
• Be delivery oriented and have the responsibility for estimates, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively resolving challenges to keep projects on track and within scope
• Drive continuous improvement within project processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Facilitate continues resource capacity alignment meetings with management from the design organization within the defense project portfolio

You will be part of a leadership team, heading all projects & frame agreements within the defense project portfolio. In this team we work together to reach our goals, by sparring, mentoring, and challenging each other.Bring your world class expertise into playYou are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.

• You have a relevant academic education in engineering or related technical discipline – or equivalent work experience within the engineering field.
• Technical Expertise:

• You understand systems engineering principles, design methodologies, prototyping, and testing of systems
• Coordination & Communication:

• That you can act as a liaison between different departments or teams
• Ensure consistent communication across all involved parties and stakeholders
• Risk Management & Problem Solving:

• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks that could hinder project progress
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise throughout the project process
• Resource Management:

• Manage resources such as personnel & budget, ensuring the necessary support for successful project execution
• Process Optimization:

• That you continuously can assess and improve processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Stakeholder Reporting:

• Regularly report project status, progress, and any deviations to senior management and other stakeholders
