e’re looking for a Senior Manager – Message Testing & Customer Impact, to drive customer Messaging & Market Insights.

This role

Your new role

In this role, you will drive strategic messaging and customer engagement by leading the development, testing, and optimization of messaging strategies tailored to resonate across diverse customer segments. You will:

-Design, test, and refine strategic customer messaging to drive engagement and impact across the commercial portfolio.
-Lead global message testing initiatives, coordinating across affiliates and business units to ensure consistency and resonance.
-Conduct and analyse market research to inform data-driven decision-making, aligning messaging with customer needs and brand positioning.
-Bridge insights and strategy, ensuring our go-to-market efforts are rooted in real-world understanding of patient and HCP perspectives.
-Explore and validate innovative approaches to message delivery, continuously improving how we connect with key audiences.
 

You will also operate with a high degree of autonomy and innovation, working cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, and external research agencies.

This is an office-based role, in our Copenhagen Headquarters.

Your new department

You will be part of the Commercial Portfolio and Launch Office, a strategic global function within Novo Nordisk responsible for launch excellence, future portfolio integration, and cross-regional alignment. Our mission is to ensure every launch – no matter how complex – is driven by data, guided by purpose, and aligned with real-world market dynamics.

You will report directly to the Head of Commercial Portfolio and Launch Office.

Your skills and qualifications

We’re looking for a visionary strategist and sharp communicator—someone who can turn complex data into clear, actionable messaging.

You bring:

-A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s preferred).
-At least 8 years of experience in commercial marketing, with a strong focus on customer research, messaging strategy, or promotional campaign development.
-Experience coordinating across functions and affiliates and aligning global and local teams is fundamental for this role.
-Proven ability to conduct and interpret market research and translate findings into high-performing messaging frameworks.
-Excellent communication skills, both strategic and hands-on, with a knack for influencing diverse stakeholders.
 

We are looking for a passionate innovator with a proven ability to implement data-driven, customer-centric marketing solutions and is fluent in English.
