Senior Manager in Quality Processes

You will assume a key role in continuing to lead, coach, develop and shape the team and how we work with quality processes and stakeholders. You will lead a team of highly competent and experienced employees managing quality processes. The Process Managers in the team are responsible for managing our corporate process groups and for content of corporate procedures, training and for IT systems supporting the processes.
Your responsibilities will be:
Simplicity is a key work in our way of working and you must continue that focus in the department. To succeed, you must further build on the interaction and collaboration between the Process Managers in the department.
The position is anchored in Bagsværd and you will refer to the Director of Quality Processes.Qualifications

You are at ease when challenged by senior stakeholders in making decisions on quality processes, leveraging your high level of personal integrity and robustness to integrate diverse viewpoints within the decision-making process.About the department
Quality Processes, a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, is responsible for maintaining and continuously developing the core quality processes and their supporting IT systems (NovoGlow) in Novo Nordisk. We are responsible for ensuring that our processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements and that they operate as smoothly as possible. The department covers several quality processes including Deviations, Change Control, CAPA, QMR, QRM, and Metrology. Our ambition is to build a robust and simple quality management system that can support Novo Nordisk in maintaining world class quality in the future.
