Job Description
Play a meaningful role in driving research projects to support insights-led decision making and bringing exciting future innovation spaces to market.
This position will sit in the Global Insights Center of Excellence and be part of an impactful and empowered team whooperatein a culture that is fun and energizing.

Core Responsibilities

Lead research projects to support and help set direction for go-to-market strategies and activation of new LEGO® play propositions (across consumer,shopperand market insights).

Challengestatusquo anddemonstrateabilityto think of new ways to bringLEGO® experiences to market and how to scale new global developed experiences to our consumers and shoppers across the world.

Work closely with Global Insights business partners to define insights needs and generate insights.

Lead primary (Qual + Quant) and secondary research projects based on strong functional researchexpertise.

Serve as driver and innovator of the research field with key peers.

Manage partnerships with new and existing external research vendors.

Work closely together with peers in Global Insights and other internal functions to drive cohesive insights stories.

Do you have what it takes?

Several years of proven experience from a research or media agency, consultancy, or insights management function in an innovative, fast-paced company.

Strong GTM research skills within in-store/ online optimization, creative communication development and validation,pricingand market sizing.

Experience with new ways of interacting (ie. digital experiences and insights synthesis).

Highly experienced as insights project manager with focus on shopper, consumer and market insights informing and driving the business on a tactical and strategic level.

Excellent collaboration and networking skills. Strong agile approach and flexible working style.
-
Proven ability to work across data points, cultures and audiences.
-
Passion for innovating the research field.
-
Self-motivated and thriving in a distributed team with a lot of virtual interaction.

Proficient level of English.
