The position
As a Frontline Excellence Senior Manager at Novo Nordisk, your responsibility will be to Lead the Global, Regional or Local Frontline capabilities and Effectiveness strategies and projects implementa-tion at affiliate level. In addition, your responsibility will be to have a cross-functional view & business priorities understanding (Sales/ Marketing/ Commercial effectiveness, Customer relationship man-agement/CRM) to act as a central customer engagement point of contact and Frontline Performance champion.
Your main accountabilities will be to:
• Contribute to NN Romania overall affiliate strategy, culture, and priorities
• Be the Business Partner to the Frontline Managers and Functional Heads in leading cross-functional collaboration for customer engagement activities
• Own the customer engagement roadmap (focus on Data Driven & Customer Intimacy) by involving all members of the affiliate management and cross-functional teams and using commercial insights
• Partially manage Frontline Incentive processes.
• Actively shape the affiliate Customer Engagement strategy and the programs that enhance our overall Customer Engagement & Experience, aiming at effective Health Care Provider engagement
Qualifications
As a Frontline Excellence Senior Manager, you need to have university degree graduate or equiva-lent. Moreover, you need to have a minim of 5 years of experience in either sales teams’ manage-ment, Commercial Operations or Sales Force Effectiveness, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, you need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading customer engagement activities, or Business Operations (sales and/or marketing).
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
• Proven experience in sales and customer engagement
• Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Commercial effectiveness, and CRM
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive customer engagement strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage and implement strategies and projects at the affiliate level
• Fluent spoken and written English is a prerequisite
