The position
This is a newly established role, offering you the unique opportunity to shape and define its impact within the organization. Your team will be overall responsible for two main areas: Site Support & Projects.
You will be overseeing our sites in Algeria, Russia, Iran, and Japan, spanning across various manufacturing processes from aseptic production, assembly, packing to inspection. You will focus on providing direction, establishing vital links to NN corporate functions by helping your colleagues navigate in our NN process landscapes and building partnerships and networks, ensuring their success and alignment with our broader organizational goals.
On the Project site your team will e.g. assist the sites with preparing materials for towards a PPG or IPG.
Other responsibilities include:

-Setting direction for the department by translating overall strategies into plans, target and initiatives and follow-up on performance
-Ensuring alignment within site support, process mapping and Quality Management Review
-Coaching of project managers and manufacturing professionals
-Implementing to Novo Nordisk way, policies, and other commitments
-Maintaining lighthouse for project management
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
-A BSc or MSc in Engineering or Business Administration or any other related field
-Significant experience working in the pharma industry, with a deep understanding of pharma manufacturing processes
-Strong leadership experience and proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, drive change management, and successfully execute complex projects in a large organization
-Professional proficiency in English
-Project Management experience and knowledge of e.g. PEM is a plus, but not required.
With a strategic mindset, you can work independently to drive decisions and processes forward and thrive in a high-paced and dynamic workday, prioritising, and inspiring others. You have the ability for seeing the bigger picture and able to keep the eye on the ball in collaboration with stakeholders.
About the department
LM is part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organisation, and our primary role is the establishment and operation of manufacturing sites in countries where local presence is required to obtain market access. We play a vital part in bringing product to patients worldwide, by ensuring an efficient supply chain at local sites.
You will join our Business Support department within Local Manufacturing.
