The team is highly entrepreneurial, and we expect everyone to own and drive their work and career independently and with passion.Take part in shaping businesses and society using innovative technologiesAs a Senior Manager in NewTech, we expect you to have experience in selling and delivering projects that transform businesses through intelligent automation.Your responsibilities will include positioning KPMG in the market as a relevant actor, inspiring and guiding customers in the technology landscape and selling impactful automation projects. Furthermore, you will guide teams and collaborate with customers in delivering the projects. Along the way, managing customer relationships is key to ensure that our implementation generates the expected value. Additionally, you will collaborate across the whole KPMG business with other service lines and other countries across the Globe.Typical activities include:
- Thought leadership within your area and subsequent go-to-market activities
- Identifying opportunities, inspiring customers, and selling impactful Hyperautomation projects
- Project management of NewTech projects and/or Steerco involvement
- Management activities as part of the leadership circle in KPMG NewTech
About you, our newest team memberYour background and professional and personal skills are important to us. For this position we will value:
- 4-10 years of professional work experience (some consulting experience is preferred), including prior experience with successful sales activities related to technology projects, guiding, and directing teams, handling project finance, stakeholder expectations etc.
- Master’s degree with strong results
- Demonstrated passion for new technology and its potential to improve society
- Ability to understand and clearly articulate the value proposition of a delivery and the business case behind it
- Highly structured approach to work and management
- Confidence in managing and communicating with senior stakeholders incl. C-level
- A clear understanding of stakeholder dynamics when selling NewTech solutions and especially transformative offerings (top management, business teams, IT, legal, procurement, competitors, etc.)
- Fluency in English is a requirement while also being fluent in Danish or another Scandinavian language is preferred in this role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with NewTech (RPA, Generative AI machine learning, chat- or voicebots, low code, etc.) and/or Digital Transformation (IT System Integration)
