  • Lead the development of a strategic experimentation framework, ensuring we apply a test-learn-and-scale approach in improving our member value proposition and benefits & rewards portfolio, and in identifying new commercial opportunities and audiences, partnering closely with Membership Acquisition & Activation, PMD (Product Marketing Development) and LEGO Retail
  • Lead and own the creation of the Membership & Personalization experimentation pipeline, backlog and prioritization process, in close partnership with Membership operations, Membership Acquisition & Activation, Membership Expansion, the CRM Hub, LEGO Retail, and DCE (Digital Consumer Engagement)
  • Lead Membership experiment validation across all testing teams in Membership & Personalization, optimizing how we choose the objective, define the hypothesis, choose the most suitable method, select the audience and appropriate metrics, in close collaboration with LEGO Retail and DCE (Digital Consumer Engagement)
  • Conduct and evaluate experiments, synthesize and integrate results from other skilled testing teams, and report results back to (senior) collaborators in a clear and concise manner, with actionable recommendations
  • Lead the development of Membership & Personalization’s incrementality measurement framework. Define a standard of excellence for measuring the incremental value of new rewards, campaigns, partnerships, and more. Collaborate with Finance to inform and improve business cases, ensuring precise and impactful results.
  • Coach and mentor team members, by encouraging continuous learning and development on benefits and drawbacks of (new) methodologies, and by defining best-in-class experimentation plans
  • Help driving an agile way-of-working model, ensuring quality, flexibility and speed in how business questions are solved

Play your part in our team succeedingM&C Marketing aims to build and deploy capabilities essential for us to win in corporate plan 2026 and ensure alignment and execution of marketing excellence globally.This role involves leading experimentation initiatives, establishing testing and learning methodologies, and scaling experiments within the LEGO Group. It requires collaboration with cross-functional teams in Markets & Channels, the Product Marketing Department, and Digital to leverage data effectively and achieve our membership and personalisation goals.You will report directly to the Senior Director Performance, Development & Decisioning.Do you have what it takes?

  • 5+ years senior experience working in an experimentation and analytics environment (with experience in Adobe Analytics or similar, Tableau or PowerBI, SQL based databases, advanced Microsoft Excel, R and/or Python)
  • Experience in A/B testing and experimental design is a must, with demonstrated success in adding commercial and/or strategic value
  • Strong structured problem solving & communication capabilities
  • Excells at communicating with senior stakeholders (written & oral); able to convey clear and concise recommendations based on experiment results
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Working knowledge of personalization and loyalty programs
  • An enthusiastic, positive approach and determination to overcome obstacles; can do attitude, results orientation with a focus on quality, efficiency and operational excellence
  • Open, collaborative communication style, with experience working across cultures and time zones to build connected, sustainable relationships regardless of organizational structure
