The position 

As a Senior Manager for Cross-OT, IT & Automation, you will lead a team of IT & Automation specialists and project managers, driving the execution of Cross-OT systems across global sites. 

Key responsibilities: 

-Lead a team of IT & Automation specialists and project managers 

-Drive the execution of Cross-OT systems across global sites 

-Build and manage a team comprising both internal and external employees 

-Deliver Cross-OT solutions to sites under your guidance and technical leadership 

-Analyze, design, develop, implement, and maintain automation hardware, software, and processes 

-Work across aseptic production (AP), finished production (FP), Warehouse & Intralogistics (WH/IL), and Quality Control (QC) facilities 

-Make data-driven decisions and compromises with transparency on benefits, risks, and consequences 

Your leadership and technical expertise will be crucial in driving innovation and efficiency across our sites. 

Qualifications 

For this position, we hope to get a candidate on board who can tick off most of the following requirement: 

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic and computer, Information- and communication technology or similar  

-Significant experience in automation technologies 

-Excellent communication skills  

-Serves as a role model by embodying Novo Nordisk values. Finds motivation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively handles multiple priorities 

-Previous Electrical and mechanical engineering skills and project management skills are a plus 

This role requires independent and effective work while ensuring task completion. It is essential to be an excellent team player with strong leadership skills in project teams. Success is found in an environment where challenges and priorities can shift rapidly, all while maintaining focus on the common overall goal. 

About the department 

Fill & Finish Expansions is a new department located in Lyngby, Denmark. Our ambition is to design and build future-proof Fill & Finish production facilities by establishing strong foundational IT and automation that will enable the facilities to digitally evolve. In this department, we work very closely with colleagues responsible for processes and engineering and various technology partners internally and externally.
