This is a pivotal role in driving Genmab’s ambition as we march towards our 2030 vision.As the (Senior) Manager within the Corporate Planning & Governance team, you are a spider in the web, and you possess a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit. You and your fellow team members are responsible for defining, developing and implementing multiple processes related to managing, translating and anchoring Genmab’s strategic roadmap across the organization.The main focus of this role will be around managing governance and communication processes to maintain adequate corporate governance standards. And providing timely insights to relevant governance boards and the organization. Additionally, you will evaluate and improve governance procedures and frameworks to constantly adapt to our growing organization and ensure smooth operations.This role requires a high level of integrity, as you will collaborate with all management levels across Genmab. As (Senior) Manager Corporate Planning & Governance you will report to Global Head Corporate Planning & Governance and play a critical role in the development of building out this capability within the Genmab organization.Key responsibilities include

  • Manage the corporate calendar, which includes all critical enterprise-wide dates, such as but not exclusive important governance board meetings
  • Coordinate Executive Committee agenda including driving strategic agenda development, circulation of materials, and support communication of actions and outcomes.
  • Coordinate Global Leadership Team agenda including driving agenda development, circulation of materials, facilitating the information cascade and maintaining the leadership portal
  • Define and maintain a network of (governance) coordinators across Genmab and act as main point of contact
  • Align with coordinators of various governance groups and ensure up-to-date governance charters, including mandates and responsibilities.
  • Maintain and improve enterprise-wide meeting guidelines
  • Coordinate BoD employee reelection as project manager
  • Co-develop team KPI’s to foster a continuous improvement mindset
  • Support in developing materials for (executive) presentations on company strategy and progress, targeting different stakeholder groups
  • Support the Global Head Corporate Planning & Governance in addressing and leading enterprise-wide activities needing immediate attention
