Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesEnsures excellent data quality and the respective reports for a large entity at all times.Holds responsible for the consistency of the reporting (Management-, Customer- and Product P&L).Responsible for planning, simulations, reconciliations.Analyses the key drivers of the P&L and the reasons for deviation from standards.Provides all internal stakeholders with relevant reports and analyses.Additional ResponsibilitiesSupports actively the implementation of all changes in corporate standards and proceduresResponsible for up-to-date data in all relevant systems esp. for TBM management and all sales related informationWork on ad-hoc requestsActive participation in local and corporate projectsOrganizationDirectly reports to the Entity DirectorFunctionally reports to Regional Director Finance & ControllingDirect reports: depending on size of roleInteractions (internal & external)Corporate functionsRegional functionsCluster ManagementLocal Management and work councilAuditorsQualifications:Professional Experience and EducationBachelor or preferably Master´s degreeMore than 5 years of operative business controlling in a sales entityGood understanding in calculations, costing, process modelling and identifying implications of decisions on various KPIs.English language (fluent in speaking and writing)Expert level in SAP and MS office softwareSpecific knowledgeDeep knowledge of business and financial processesDeep Local GAAP and IFRS Accounting knowledgeVery broad knowledge of financial and controlling implications on operational and strategic business decisionsUnderstanding of Lean MethodsSpecific competenciesBusiness acumen.Problem solvingStanding aloneConflict managementDrive for Results and Priority SettingAbility to analyse data and develop recommendations for strategic decision makingBuilding effective teamsDeveloping direct reportsThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
