Job Title Senior Manager, Business Strategy? • Develop successful strategies that will underpin the sustainable profitable growth of Outpayce
• Work with the Outpayce leadership team (namely the CEO of Outpayce, the Head of Product Management, and the Head of Sales), and corporate functions (Finance, Legal) teams to plan, design, launch, and scale strategic initiatives aimed at positioning the organization for long-term success in the payments market
• Provide strategic guidance and influence on all matters related to Outpayce growth strategy (for instance, assessing the impact of regulatory alteration), and act as a pivotal link between the strategy and the day-to-day operations of the business
• Support strategies’ execution by managing information flow and ensuring appropriate communication cascade among the matrixed and cross-functional organization
• Lead collaboratively through influence and direct, as appropriate, cross-functional project teams

What we’re seeking:

• Experience in business and commercial strategy
• Prior experience working in a global, multinational company
• A good understanding of the payments landscape
• A good understanding of the travel industry
