Then join us in the Filling group which is part of a highly ambitious business area in Novo Nordisk called Technology Standards in Fill Finish Expansions, where we scale up the production capacities globally by working on executing Isolator Filling projects.
The Position
As a Senior Manager in the filling department, you have the dual mandate of leading Isolator Filling projects as well as being the people manager for a group of specialists and senior project managers working in this track. As a part of streamlining supplier engagement, program management is a key deliverable that the role will be taking on. While having people responsibilities to some of the senior members in the group, emphasis also lies on creating an excellent rapport with your peers in the management team as well as other key stakeholders like QA, Automation, Resource managers, Supply chain as well as your counterparts at local sites.
In the process of achieving this, the following key responsibilities are envisioned:
• Project Management under the Isolator Filling technology track using standard PM methodologies with emphasis on risk management and reporting.

• Program management towards a supplier by acting as an overarching lead representing a one point of contact for escalations.
• Managing the Lifecyle of Filling projects from Concept and Design stage all the way through FATs and SATs, until handover.
• Evaluating the ever-changing project landscape and working on maturing the project organization to match the needs.
• Being in an advisory role to the head of the department and engaging with the other leaders in the management group to maintain and define the future of Technology standards.
Your workplace will be based in Lyngby, Denmark but as there is collaboration required on a global scale, travel is expected to our other sites. It is estimated that this would be around 20% of the time per month.

As an individual, you are skilled at establishing relationships and influencing your stakeholders. You have developed and led high performing teams while understanding cultural differences and perspectives.
You are proactive, solution-oriented and knowledge sharing is natural to you. You work systematically and are committed to your work and your colleagues. Additionally, you are naturally good at collaborating and communicating, also across professional groups, you can manage a high workload at times without losing sight and you have a can-do mindset.
