The position
As a Senior Manager, you oversee four teams and report to the director, while also being part of the department management alongside other managers. Your team of operational and support leaders is responsible for the operational aspect and encompasses operators and academic support teams. Your duties include overseeing the production process, ensuring compliance with aseptic standards, and fostering a collaborative environment. You will guide your leadership team and engage with frontline staff to address concerns, provide training, and meet production targets with precision and quality. You will be responsible for both delivering through your team and for individual contributions of significant strategic and tactical importance.
The position is set in a complex business environment with many stakeholders. The department is currently running daily operation in two-shifts and is on top in a ramp-up phase, as we are preparing to include more isolator filling lines to the stakeholder landscape.
Key responsibilities will include:
-People management of subordinates with direct referral, set direction and secure people management of indirect subordinates.
-Manage production in cleanroom according to cGMP requirements and ISO-standards.
-Ensure timely supply of deliverables for production/release of products.
-Develop the organization, equipment and processes to continuously improve performance and support acc. strategic goals and objectives.
-Capacity planning for current and future (approx. 1-3 years ahead) and improve throughput using lean tools.
-Engaging actively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration and driving change management initiative.
-Balancing the complexity of running operation, license to operate activities and project execution through a bottle neck.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
-An academic degree combined with 5-10 years of experience within pharmaceutical production, and preferably experience with aseptic production.
-A minimum of 5 years of experience within leadership role.
-Experience with operational LEAN leadership is an advantage (daily 5S, Process confirmation and, specially, knowledge of TPM Total Productive Maintenance).
-Proven ability to set direction and drive performance within a department.
-Have a good understanding of leadership processes along with expertise in change management.
-Professional proficiency in English, knowledge of Danish is an advantage.

You have the ability to thrive in an area of constant change and high complexity, ensuring that your team remains adaptable and focused on achieving operational excellence and at the same time balance a good work environment.
About the department
You will join the Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) Gentofte HAC Aseptic Support department. We are responsible for cleanroom conditions, environmental monitoring, wash& sterilization and formulation for a conventional and two coming isolator filling lines preparing for, handover to start production after the summer next year. As the site ramps up, our focus is on integrating project activities into running production balancing not to compromise running production. The department are dedicated to achieving excellence in our processes and outcomes.
