Reporting to the Head of Production Support in IFP Kalundborg, this role will own the on-site asset maintenance roadmap execution by driving priority initiatives and asset maintenance change across the site in collaboration with the central Asset Management & Platform Performance (AMPP) organization in IFP.The main tasks will be to:

  • Shape the on-site asset maintenance strategy.
  • Support design and implementation of on-site asset maintenance initiatives.
  • Drive change management, capability building and impact capture at site.
  • Lead on-site maintenance teams and influence decision making via stakeholder management at senior management level.

We believe that a successful candidate will be an experienced manager, motivated by optimizing and building a professional maintenance organization.To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Ideally, Engineering or Technical background.
  • Expertise in on-site asset maintenance (at least in 2-3 core maintenance processes e.g., predictive maintenance, reactive maintenance, shutdown etc.), in-the-field experience as team lead and good understanding of various business factors related to Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Project Management and Change Management principles, methodologies and tools; and knowledge on improvement and LEAN toolkit.
  • Strong managerial, training, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English (Danish could be a plus).
