As a trusted advisor, you will support managers and HR in employment law matters, including ethical breaches, disciplinary actions, and employment terminations. You’ll ensure fair and consistent HR practices that align with our ESG vision and corporate values.

• Advise on HR law, disciplinary measures, and employment termination processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including unions and public bodies.
• Monitor legal developments and update relevant policies.
• Conduct training on ethics and employment termination.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal counsel, preferably in HR.
• Strong expertise in employment law and ethics.
• Fluent in Dutch with good French and English skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
