The ideal candidate is a legal generalist. This role requires the ability to handle complex legal issues and provide practical advice, while working closely with a dynamic team of three. If you thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling diverse legal challenges, this position is for you.Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and supporting the evolution of gaming legislation;
  • Managing contacts with the Gaming Commission and public authorities;
  • Handling administrative procedures: license applications, urban planning permits, etc.;
  • Drafting and validating contracts on a wide range of subjects (contracts with suppliers and clients, partnership and collaboration contracts, agreements with municipalities regarding the operation of gaming halls, confidentiality agreements, sponsorship contracts, service contracts, etc.);
  • Providing legal advice on a wide range of topics (gaming legislation, contract law, IT law, confidentiality, privacy protection, anti-money laundering legislation, corporate law, real estate law, labor law, etc.);
  • Managing litigation and contacts with external lawyers;
  • Corporate housekeeping of the group’s legal entities;
  • Managing contacts with professional associations.

Who You Are

  • A law degree with at least 10 years of relevant legal experience (preferably with bar experience, completed internship).
  • Fluent in FR/NL/EN (spoken and written);
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, particularly in high-risk situations.
  • A proactive and curious attitude, with a commitment to staying up to date on legal trends.
  • Autonomy and initiative, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
