  • Coaching leaders, facilitating problem-solving, and showcasing successful projects to inspire engagement.
  • Collaborating with leaders to set and achieve targets.
  • Building trust across all organizational levels, driving change management, and providing data-driven recommendations to achieve compliance and performance goals.
  • Working closely with our cLEAN Academy to implement effective training plans, ensuring capacity, robust processes, and internal trainer development.

Whilst collaborating closely with senior management, you will drive the cLEAN Supply System (cSS) and Leadership on the Job Training (cLL) development, lead best practice sharing through the cLEAN Network, and foster collaboration to achieve performance targets and organisational improvements.QualificationsWe realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

  • An academic degree in engineering, pharmacy, or a related technical field.
  • A few years of experience in continuous improvement, combined with cross-organisational project work.
  • Proven track record in driving process improvements and executing LEAN transformations, supported by certifications such as Black Belt, DMAIC, or 2-star.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and employees at all organizational levels while effectively teaching LEAN principles, systems, tools, and leadership behaviours.
  • Practical experience in analysing data and trends, as well as experience in manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
