Senior Leader

Full time (Salary: £40-£45k depending on experience).

Hope Church, Diss is seeking a new Senior Leader to shape its vision and spiritual direction for the future.

Part of the Pioneer Network of churches, Hope Church is a vibrant, welcoming charismatic church in the heart of rural Norfolk. With a congregation of around 200-250 people, we are passionate about prayer, worship, discipleship, and community outreach. Our church family includes people of all ages and backgrounds, united by a desire to grow in faith and share the love of Jesus in practical ways. We value biblical teaching, Spirit-led worship, encouragement, transparency, generosity and hospitality. We actively engage in our community through initiatives such as food distribution hubs, community cafe, a men’s shed workshop, schools and children’s work and prayer spaces. Internationally, we support mission work across Peru and Kenya.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Leader who is spiritually discerning, visionary and strategic in focus, committed to evangelism and community and an excellent communicator and teacher of the Word of God. You will lead and develop the Leadership Team, staff and volunteers, preach and teach regularly, oversee church teaching programmes including Alpha and connect groups, promote discipleship and spiritual growth, and represent Hope Church in the wider community, with local churches and within the Pioneer Network.
