We are looking for committed Software Engineers who wants to be a driving force in the development of digital products that go beyond conventional surveys.You can read more about our products here:We are searching for Software Engineers with longer careers currently holding a senior or lead position.As a Senior/Lead Software Engineer your tasks will include:

  • Collaborating in our agile Scrum team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions within our exceptional web-based products that lead the way in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data in ways that create value for our customers.
  • Involvement in the full development lifecycle from conception to deployment and operations, always with a customer and user need perspective.
  • Development of full stack solutions using technologies such as Java, React/TypeScript, GraphQL and SQL. You will work with automated tests such as JUnit.
  • Ensuring innovative problem solving through close collaboration with the team to define product functionality and technical implementation.
  • Contributing to a diverse and cross-functional team where different perspectives and points of view are valued both professionally and personally.
  • Working with technical strategy impacting the direction for our technological path and products across the Stakeholder Intelligence area.
  • Working with architectural design and development e.g., due to new future customer needs, performance and/or compliance requirements in our products.
  • Drive technical excellence through continuous improvement, both in culture and the development of our products.
  • Leading by example through mentoring of less experienced professionals in your team and organization with activities like pair-programming, continuous feedback and day-to-day guidance.

Who we imagine you are:

  • Relevant education in computer science, software development or related fields. We expect multiple years (5+) of experience as a full stack developer.
  • Passion for developing modern, user-friendly digital products and a deep understanding of their essence.
  • Positive growth mindset and can-do attitude
  • Proven understanding of what constitutes a robust engineering design and well-formed code.
  • Ambitious mindset and constantly motivated to develop your skills.
  • Understands, speaks, and writes Danish – minimum CEFR B1, preferable B2 or higher.
  • Strong English skills, written and orally.
  • Knowledge of Scrum or other agile working methods.
  • Is a team player who is ready to take responsibility and be a driver on relevant tracks.
