Together, we are solving the prevalent problem of loneliness and shaping Social Life 3.0 — a new digital reality where people will be able to fulfil their needs for communication and attention from other people and artificial life forms.Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.We are looking for a Senior Lawyer with extensive experience in US litigation to lead and manage various court cases.Your main tasks will be:

• Government Inquiries and Regulatory Compliance.
• Litigation and Court Actions.
• General Legal Support.

We expect from you:

• Ability to conduct thorough legal research using various resources.
• Skilled in analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents to support legal strategies.
• Expertise in drafting various legal documents (Legal briefs, pleadings, and motions. Responses to government inquiries, subpoenas, and investigation letters. Contracts, compliance policies, and internal reports.)
• Experience in preparing for and participating in court actions.
• Risk Assessment and mitigation skills.
• Negotiation and Mediation Skills.
