• Proven experience collaborating with retailers with a focus on (full service) supermarket retailers, e-commerce platforms, DIY channel and new business pioneering.
• Proficient in leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making processes and drive business strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes in high-stakes discussions.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of challenger brands, ensuring alignment with company- and brand objectives.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

• Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.

• Proven track record of developing and managing successful client relationships.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
