Learn more about what DSO will mean for you in your new role hereSenior Key Account ManagerAs our Key Account Manager Consumer Health you will plan and implement sales to assigned accounts where cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities and accountmanagement skills are critical. Through the development of customer plans, identifying opportunities and strong account management skills this Key Account Manager delivers sales andmarket share growth for the Bayer Consumer Health portfolio.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plans how to establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets within the full line of products or combination of products, for the assigned customers,under supervision of manager
  • Establishes and builds strong client relationships
  • Meets personal sales targets as established for assigned customers (some key accounts in BeLux), through effective customer plans and optimized customer contacts (i.e. training of staff,POS placement, merchandising)
  • Visits key account pharmacies (Walloon area) in order to give product information & trainings to the pharmacy teams
  • Monitors competitive activity in each assigned account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated

  • Higher Marketing/Sales education
  • At least 3 years of sales experience ideally in pharmacy channel with solid track record of success (including delivering on targets), preferably with first Key Account experience
  • Strong relationship building, selling and customer service skills
  • An ability to communicate effectively, influence and successfully negotiate with others
  • Full proficiency in Dutch, French and English
