This is a great opportunity for a senior developer to join a newly formed group of skilled professionals and take ownership in the process while mentoring more junior developers.Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

• Work on new and existing applications JAVA and AWS technologies
• Demonstrate hands-on coding excellence through productivity and high quality of outputs as measured by low defect rates.
• Provide technical leadership and ability to develop enhancements to batch and online applications and infrastructure
• Act as mentor in the development of more junior staff.
• Ability to mentor and coordinate the task with our offshore team
• Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned, on time and with a good quality.

QualificationsWe are looking for highly skilled full stack developers with experience building both web and back end applications. Technical Skills: Java, JSP, Angular JS, Web development, AWS technologies.Other requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong working knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle and Agile methodology, including demonstrated leadership in adapting methods to assigned projects.
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to assess customer requirements and develop solutions and project deliverables.
• Ability to work as part of an international team.
