  • As a Java Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in the Development team, working on building cutting-edge microservices in Java.
  • You will have the opportunity to contribute to the migration of existing systems from Perl to Java, making platform more robust and less dependent on legacy technologies.
  • Develop back-end applications using Java to ensure the smooth operation of payment gateways and data processing systems.
  • Implement and optimize payment gateways API to facilitate secure and seamless transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and functionalities.
  • Perform data parsing and processing tasks to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Debug and fix issues in existing systems to maintain the stability and performance of the platform.
  • Participate in code and design reviews to uphold the quality standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance our products.

Must have:

  • Proven work experience as a Java Software Engineer, with a strong understanding of Java programming language.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL, preferably PostgreSQL.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Experience with automated testing, including unit and functional testing.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, as we operate in a multi-language environment.
