We expect you to handle onsite daily IT Operations of PACS, such as functionality verifying resolving errors & warnings, support in security alert reviews, physical inspection of access control hardware & inventory across facilities. Ensuring PACS compliance with security standards, data protection regulations, and organizational access policies. GxP, GDPR, NIS2 & etc.Key responsibilities include:

• Service Level Management
• SOW/PO/Vendor management
• Audits and Inspection Preparation & Representation
• Key linking pin between support and releases/projects
• Communicate critical issues & Patch related activities
• Manage IT Operations, Change, Problem & Incident

Candidate profile
We prefer you have MSC, MBA, BA or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent.In addition, you have:

• Experience in Facilities System like Security System – PACS, CCTV
• Alarm handling system administration experience
• Knowledge of ITIL, Incident, Problem and Change Management processes
• IT infrastructure knowledge like Networking (VLAN, GSDN etc.), Virtual servers, OS & system integration

You are a good collaborator, and works closely with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.Department overview
